I placed an order on 21/06/2022. Shipment order is 43129. The item was in stock but it took Corseca to ship the order after two weeks. However, the order was shipped to an unknown address.
Corseca does not respond to email query.
The person answering the phone is clueless.
When I asked to cancel the order that is when the order still hadn't shipped, I was told that they cannot cancel.
When I asked why the order hasn't shipped, he stated that the order was shipped even though the tracker showed for "booked only".
What I would like is to get refund for my purchase amount. Was this information helpful? |
