I purchased an earbuds from corseca website and i have been trying to replaced or return, i called so many times and mailed to corseca as well 3 times from last one month. but never received a reply from the company. So requesting please consider my request/complaint against the company corseca and take a proper action against the company....

I placed an order on 21/06/2022. Shipment order is 43129. The item was in stock but it took Corseca to ship the order after two weeks. However, the order was shipped to an unknown address.
Corseca does not respond to email query.
The person answering the phone is clueless.
When I asked to cancel the order that is when the order still hadn't shipped, I was told that they cannot cancel.

Purchase ear buds from corseca.in with 1 year warranty but after received the product is not working... i am just try to mail customer care mail id and whatsapp support also... company will not to provide me reply how to replace my product... i am just try to last 4 to 5 months but no response from company side...
