Cosmic Structures Ltd — Fraud

Sir, I am victimized of a huge fraud committed by a builder of Noida called cosmic structures ltd. In May 2012 one of the sales executive of the company met me and told me that the aforesaid builder is making a corporate park in YAMUNA expressway plot no 10 tech zone whose delivery would be handed over to us by Dec 2013 .and also till that they will give me assured return at the rate of 12.5 percent. Per annum But when I didn't trusted him he called his MD Mr. Sushant Mutreja and Shekar Mutreja who Assured me that this company's worth is of 6000 crores and if I want then they can also give me in writing that the delivery would be given in Dec 2013 and hence when i asked them to do so, they send me an email from their official e mail id [protected]@cosmicindia.in in which there was a brochure where it was clearly written that the delivery would be given in Dec 2013 and they also said me that they will also give this in writing in their MOU. Hence after understanding the authenticity of that mail being coming from company's official id I trusted them and booked two unit over there and gave them one lac each for both of the units and after that I asked them to send me the MOU but they told me that they will send me the MOU only after I will send them more money . Haence in utmost good faith i sold my house and send them a huge amount of 1650000 in each unit total 3300000 rupees because my whole planning was to settle in noida only . but when they send me the mou i found that nothing was written about the possession of the project in the mou so when i enquired to them they saidthat i should not worry about it and as it is written in the brochure so every thing would be done accordingly hence again i trusted them . But when in dec 2013 i went at the site i found thatit was queit impossible for the builder to complete the project and the work was stopped. I was totally shocked because i had invested my whole life hard earned money and even sold my house for this . In this context i again and again tried to contact Mr. Shekar Mutreja and Sushant Mutreja and also mailed them several times but no satisfactory answer was given to me by them and from the April 2015 they also stopped giving me the assured return hence after getting hassled for months i went to noida and tried to contact Mr. shekar mutreja and asked him for the refund of the money because now i have fully understood that this company has cheated me but then he said to me that if i want the refund of the money then 20 percent of the whole amount would be deducted from the money and also all the assured return would also be deducted when i opposed him and told him that this is a complete fraud he threatened me and misbehaved with me and also abused me and said that we are builders you can go to police and to the court if you want don't ever try to come here again and also don't try to ask for the refund of the money . sir i am a very low profile lic agent and stucked into the quagmire of all this mess because whole of my planning of opening of the office in dec 2013 was failed and also i have sold my house and given the money to theese builders hence now i only want the refund of my money and justice from the builder but today i even don't have enough money to go to the lawyer also . i am fully stucked and also my health is getting down because of the attitude of the builder. i am begging you sir please help me out and please look into this matter hereby i am sending you my details and the builder's details My Details: Name : Mitin Sukhwani Mob : [protected] Add : House No 12 Vaibhav Enclave Phase First Karmyogi Yamuna Vihar Kamla Nagar Agra My units nos : Cos : 000975 and Cos 000957 Bulder's Details Name : Cosmic Structures Ltd.(Shekar Mutreja) Add: A 17 sec 16 noida email [protected]@cosmicindia.in Bulder's Details: Name : Cosmic Structures Ltd.(SushantMutreja) Add: A 17 sec 16 noida email [protected]@cosmicindia.in please acknowledge this mail and please do the needful .
