Committed to provide 300 sq. feet furnished office in 18.5 lakh but they given account details in which they have taken 5.35 lakh in BOI and Kotak Mahindra bank, Still they are not responding and making false excuses & not returning the money...

As i also invested rs.7lakhs in this fraud group didn't get any amount nor any information about the company and my money i want to withdraw and want my money back plz give me a relevant information about the company details or any number through which i can get the latest information on it. I want the refund plz tell me the procedure how to get and from where i will get it back...

Cosmic Structure is selling office space at Plot no.10 Tech Zone, Greater Noida. This plot belongs to ARN infrastructure, and they have already sold the flats, shops and offices to hundreds of investors. The name of the project was Globus Business Park.

We had purchased a unit from cosmic structures/ cosmic group. For first few years the assured return cheques were on time. But since last two years we are facing a big problem with developer not sharing the property details or providing us assured return.
