On 25.05.2012 : Noida sector 16 : Corporate office Near GIP .
Committed to provide 300 sq. feet furnished office in 18.5 lakh but they given account details in which they have taken 5.35 lakh in BOI and Kotak Mahindra bank, Still they are not responding and making false excuses & not returning the money

As i also invested rs.7lakhs in this fraud group didn't get any amount nor any information about the company and my money i want to withdraw and want my money back plz give me a relevant information about the company details or any number through which i can get the latest information on it. I want the refund plz tell me the procedure how to get and from where i will get it back

Sir, i am also investor with comisc corporate park 1 at yamuna express way, greater noida and made the full payment. Now either i have any information about the company nor any construction activities. I badly feel my hard earned money is totally in risk as such i wish to lodge a claim against the company. You are therefore, requested to please accept this request as a claim and further let me know the procedure when and how can i submit my claim against cosmic to enable me to secure my investment with them.

As we all know that company cosmic structure ltd has done fraud with all its investors, collected big amount from its customers and at present company is under liquidation and liquidator has been appointed, so after liquidation is completed we will get not more than 10-15% of principal amount and rest part of our investment is our loss. This might be our last chance to stop liquidation and fight for our hard earned money invested in cosmic...

Cosmic structure/ group since 3 years no body help out in refund the money and no any information and also no any project completion we all know that most of the people lost their money and patience as they all become victim of his game.

I recall all the victim who lost their money and trust and patience. Due to this if genuine one work nobody trust in actual one.

Even he has so bad goodwill no one cam forward (Project builder) for his help and become his partner to complete his all projects

I vandana negi w/o pranav negi resident of h no. 13, block no. 2, springfield colony sector-31 faridabad own a lockable furnished unit measuring 150 sqft no. A-421, tower first, 4th floor.

I got into a memorandum o[censored]nderstanding with cosmic structures limited on 7th feb, 2013. The total sale amount / cost of the unit is 1135000 and i have paid the complete amount.

It was committed by cosmic structure that i will receive a fixed assured return of 5550 per month from feb 2013 till july 2016, post which the unit would be possessed by me.

It is november 2017, i have neither any assured from 2015 nor have received the possession of my lockable furnished unit (A-421)

I went to the sight and there is no sign of construction. I have been duped by false commitment, i request for a refund else i will be forced to take a legal route.

Waiting a for a response on the request for refund.

I have booked 200 sq ft virtual space in the said project in the year 2013 assured return plan. As per the promise made by cosmic while booking, the said commercial space was suppose to ready by mid 2017, but still not even foundation activity started. As per the agreement from first month onward and they stop paying the same from april 2015. Initially for few month they exchange some mail correspondence that company is going through some financial crunch and it will get in normal condition very soon, but unfortunately it did not happen yet. All the phone numbers and email id is blocked and all our query is bouncing back.

I am struggling a lot on this account and i have invested all my hard earning money in it. Its almost 20 lacs now including my due assured return

Please help me get my refunded.

Well in one of my earlier posts i had suggested out of our experience with the #ncdrc (& other #consumercourts) that if a person has a flat/unit whose value is around 65 to 70 lacs (And the delay in delivering possession has been around 3years or thereabout) then it is wiser to go solo i. E. File a case individually with the ncdrc as then relief would come much quicker than a case filed collectively under class action under the #consumer protection act 1986. However if the price of your unit is less than 60 lacs, a class action is advised and justified particularly considering the time one loses meandering thru the state commission before coming in appeal to the #nationalconsumerredressalcommission

I had purchased an office in cosmic corporate park 2 in 2012. We have made complete payment of nearly rs.20.60 lakhs. We were supposed to get possession in september 2015 but nothing has been shared with us yet and no work has begun in the mean while. As per our information, now the organization has closed down. We have receipts of all payments we have made to the company, in which they had also included service tax. Can you please help us by getting us a refund of our money as we are not interested in the office anymore.

Cosmic Park is a Fraud
Cosmic Structure is selling office space at Plot no.10 Tech Zone, Greater Noida. This plot belongs to ARN infrastructure, and they have already sold the flats, shops and offices to hundreds of investors. The name of the project was Globus Business Park.

Cosmic is selling the same offices again by the name of Cosmic Corporate Park. This is complete FRAUD.

You may check websites of both the projects. You will see same address and same design. Only difference is in names of the projects.

We had purchased a unit from cosmic structures/ cosmic group. For first few years the assured return cheques were on time. But since last two years we are facing a big problem with developer not sharing the property details or providing us assured return.

The builder is now not traceable and we don't have details of property or assured return cheques as well.

We invested in CCP2 in Dec 2013, initially they were giving AR then they stopped in April 2015 and then fooled us by giving a bigger space in July 2016 since then no progress on the project. I have invested 75% of my amount. they even took our MOU promising giving a fresh MOU for bigger space but till date no news from there end. COMPLETE INCOMPTETENT CHAIRMAN AND STAFF. NOW NONE OF THEIR NUMBERS ARE WORKING. I want to join the protest against these people Kindly add me in your list

The above stated property was to to be handed over in March 2016. Company also had promised an assured return of 11% per annum till possession.
1. Neither the company has given the property nor am I getting the assured return for the same.
2. The above stated property seems to be consted on a price of land which is not owned by the company. There is a dispute of titleship of the land.
3. The company is offering to convert the AR in a new space in the building where as there is only the basic structure of a building where no work has been done for last one year.
I request the needful may be done ie.my money may be returned .

I got a call from mobile no. [protected] claiming to be md in cosmic group. This man (With a peculiar accent) started verbally abusing for complaining on this site. This call i fell has come from someone who doesn't seem to be at the above stated post as his language was very derogatory.

Open Question : Where is the developer giving a 12% return? : where bank cant give 9.5% What is the guarantee that the post-dated cheques will not bounce? What is Status of the Projects ? Company All Net domain has been expired. Kotak Bank has stopped giving Bank garantee for there project, Is they are bank Croupt ?? What company has moved there Office from 16 Sector to 4 Sector, Which Harola. So is there a regulator overseeing this promise? I had booked a100 sq.ft Virtual office space in cosmic cruise knowledge park - v, noida project of cosmic group on 05 june 2014. Later after two weeks I requested them to cancel booking due to some financial problem. But they told me that booking can not be cancelled and if you will not pay the balance amount then you will have to forfeit booking amount of fifty four thousand rupees.Now on 16/03/2015 they have sent a cancellation letter to me stating that your booking amount has been forfeited.
