Cosmo Clinic — Cheating consumers money with Misleading and false commitments

I agree with Mandira. That is how they cheat people. Same thing happened to me and my friend. We just went for a facial package of rs. 599 for my friend. But they irritated us with their false prediction of their services and forced us to take the package of Skin and hair treatment and took rs.50, 000 around from us for the treatment of 10 sittings with the same EMI scam. We need some resolution for this kind of cheating.. Customers are not getting money by cheating others like them.

No result with their treatment as they promised when we paid. Atleast not 1%. They are misleading customers with their words and getting money. RESOLUTION required as there is no result for their services. Fed up with their service..

I had the most horrifying experience here. Cosmos clinic has not only cheated me but also has cheated many consumers like me. Went there for a simple service but ended up buying a package. They trap you into buying packages worth thousands of rupees and once trapped, dont provide you the services you need. They dont give you appointments and make you wait for hours in the parlour. The worst kind of service ever. I want the refund for all the remaining service as i dont ever want to go back into this clinic again. It is the one above Dominoes in marathahalli

They duped me by selling a package for 15k, with pathetic unhygenic services. The parlour is full of pests. They burnt my skin while waxing. They never give you appointments once they have trapped you. Then one fine day they tell you they validity of the services is over.

Such cheaters should be given the severist punishments- their licence should be withdrawn

Same experience I have had here. People are worse, they don't respond once they trap you- Is there any way to get the refund?

This is the cheating organization, Don't any one fell in to their trick for cheating especially receptionist Nadia who trap you and assign you under un worth packages and cheat you to the core.

They are cheaters.Creams which they give are just local creams.Very poor customer service..staff is very rude to customers.

I took full body polishing and face whitening package.For that they charged more than 30k.I made one time payment on the first day.Then they asked me to buy some creams to apply during that period.For that they again charged 11k.

After 2 sittings, I found the creams which they gave me were just local products.Because i used to use magic fairness cream before I started taking this treatment.The creams which they gave are none other than magic fairness cream. which I use to get in local shops for rps.300.The same cream they charged Rps.6000.

I went and returned back those creams and asked for my money.

They said I changed the content inside that bottle.I was literally shocked and tried to tell them it was the same cream which they gave me.But they did not listen to me on top of that they shouted at me in front of all other customers in that clinic as if i really cheated them.

I tried to file a complaint in consumer court but the lawyers which I met charged me more also as a girl I can not roam behind courts and lawyers. So, I just stopped fighting and lost my 30 thousand as well as 10000 for creams.

So, dear users please be aware of these fraudsters.Never ever imagine to visit this clinic.

It seems now that they have closed the parlour at Marathahalli. Nobody is coming to the premise to serve the clients. Nadia and Hina are the cheaters and have looted people's money. Theor mobile phones are coming switched off all the time. I feel like launching a complaint against Fraud to them and not going to take it easily.

They lured me to buy 15000 worth package and now no one of them are reachable.The offices at - marathalli, bellandur are closed. You are right, they have turned off their phones and cheated many. Please let us join together and take legal action against them. These frauds should not be left so easily.

The clinic at Marthahalli is closed.Nadia called and told that the services will be available from Bellandur office and the details will be communicated in call.
I have not received any call yet.
I have paid around 35000 for Skin Lightning facial for 10 sittings.
I have completed only 3 sittings.
Does anyone have any contact?

These Nadia and Hina are really fraud.They cheated people till the lat date and then closed the shop.Actually such fraud people should go to jail

Hi all, I am following many reviews from past two months and it seems these people have mastery in cheating people. My understanding is they have changed their names 3-4 times stating management change and all time they will fool people ( people may not b same all times).

They started as Refection beauty clinic in Frazer town and clode it the similar way and moved here with Reflection beauty clinic Name. Now they say they have sold it and it is call VLG in the same place with Ayesha, who was in Refection beauty clinic in Frazer town . Hina, Nadia and Ayesha are all relatives and are frauds. They are the biggest cheaters in this Industry. Now they say they sold it, but it is not true. Again a tie up to fool people.

We should all fight against the new shop in the same place, VLG.

Vl care purchased this cosmo clinic and even vl care also got cheated by cosmo management . After purchasing only come to know they have cheated clients. Any one doubt please go and check registrations.
