Cosmos Infra Engineering India — Possession Offered but flat not handed over | ||
I have booked 2BHK flat in Ashoka Project Bhiwadi (B Block) in January 2016 under subvention plan and made complete payment in 2019 after offered possession. Till Now I haven't got possession of the flat and moreover huge bank EMI, I have been paying. They are not responding on my mails either. I have requested them to compensate on EMI till physical Possession offered, but they denied. Now I need them to compensate on my EMI which I have been paying and buyback that flat.
