Project of Cosmos not handed over since 2014

I have booked 3 BHK in Cosmos Infra Pvt ltd in Bhiwadi in 2012. Builder Buyer agreement was done on 2014 and in that it was mentioned that project will get handed over with in 48 months. I recieved letter from Cosmos infra in Nov2018 to pay last installment and in that letter it was mentioned for doing registry of the Property.
I paid last installment also but till now Property has not been handed voer to me as many things in project...

Possession Offered but flat not handed over

I have booked 2BHK flat in Ashoka Project Bhiwadi (B Block) in January 2016 under subvention plan and made complete payment in 2019 after offered possession. Till Now I haven't got possession of the flat and moreover huge bank EMI, I have been paying.

They are not responding on my mails either.

I have requested them to compensate on EMI till physical Possession offered, but they denied.

Now I need...

cosmos greens, bhiwadi, (raj) complex run by unprofessional people

Cosmos Greens, Bhiwadi (RAJ) is run by unprofessional staff the entire complex is in bad-shape Housekeeping, Horticulture, State of Buildings, Lifts, Stare etc and is going from bad to worse.

There is no one to listen/ attend to the complaint from bottom to top, even the owners/ directors you keep writing all goes to deff ears.

Please visit their delivered projects before investing! for assessment of the company...

Unauthorized charges before flat possession

I am a resident of executive apartment, Palam Vihar Delhi. I booked this apartment because it’s nearer to Airport. I am into export business and have to travel a lot for business purpose. We enjoy lots of activities on various occasions in our society. The only thing I hate about buying this apartment is that I had to visit builder’s office now and then for possession....

great services cosmos infra

I moved to Gurgaon back in 2002 and on a friend’s suggestion moved in Cosmos Designer Floors at Mayfield Gardens, Gurgaon. Back then it was popular amongst people looking for an ideal home and I am grateful to my friend who helped me make the right choice. I can’t recall having trouble with this place in any terms. Cosmos Group still has my trust and I would gladly recommend people to invest with them. They offer you just what you need....

Amidst the crowded city with real estate agents, it sure is difficult to find yourself a right home. Put your trust in Cosmos Infra, they will provide you with a good enough apartment to build yourself a home. I have been living at Cosmos Greens Phase-I, Bhiwadi. I hear their new project is coming up in Bhiwadi. Interested people should look into it....

Thanks Cosmos Infra for providing me my dream home

Hi, I am a resident of Executive Apartments located in Palam Vihar Gurgaon ever since it was built in 2011. It is a perfect home for my nuclear family. I am very much satisfied with Cosmos Group. I have no complaints with the maintenance or the payments. Rather, I would happily recommend people to invest in their projects....

Thanks cosmos infra for helping to end my home search

I would like to say my money was in the right place when I bought an apartment in the Cosmos Golden Heights. Not only is the location great, the gentry are excellent too. We are a young couple and the pricing and location suited us the most out of all the options we considered. The quality of construction seems solid and the complex is plenty spacious. The Cosmos team really struck gold with this building plan and I’m sure most residents...

Dear All,

Pls be informed about this company Cosmos infra engineering india limited, they have a office at Bhikaji Cama place and their project is COSMOS GREENS - BHIWADI

They will not listen to you and will not take your calls, once you have any problem also will not return your money at any cost
I am planning to take a police action against the company and its directors as they have not returned my money...

not returning the money

I gave money to this builder ( Cosmos infra ltd- developing township as Cosmos green at Bhiwadi ) is year 2006 for booking of a 2 bed room low rise flat ( FLAT NO. JASMINE 02 Ist floor ). Till now construction is not started and now i am asking for return of my money alongwith interest. but builder is refusing for paying the interest. It is cheating.
