this is true vinod mittal and his son parnaub mittal chairmen and director of cosmos infra engineering limited office at block -c connaught place new delhi indulged in malpractice o[censored]nauthorized money taking procedures from the consumers on the name of delayed payment interest and not providing the timely flat to the buyers there various projects in palm vihar delhi, cosmos golden height in ghaziabad and cascade green in gurgaon.they cheating there consumers every where.any government agency also unable to help the consumer because they we are financially strong and have link with political parties and have bunch of lawyers.

I am Ranjeet Kumar also booked a flat at silver oak cosmos greens at saidpur bhiwadi rajsthan so far despite of paying more than four lakh no progress in the work

I agree...I regret having bought a flat..they change prices every now and then..also they try to dupe people with the percentage of service taxes...when asked what is the percentage they have charged..they sent me a very confusing statement...when I asked for every thing in black and white...there is no answer...

cosmos infra has already cheated residents in the same manner through their project in Palam vihar, Gurgaon..In palam vihar it is in the name of cosmos executive apartments..

After a tough fight residents were able to take possession.Cosmos infra is highly unethical and indulged in wrong practices.
Cosmos infra has given financial benefit to some members of RWA cosmos apartment to get favours.Because of that RWA cosmos executive apartment never went for a case against Cosmos infra.
I advice you make an RWA without any biases and have common interest and collectively take the matter with builder..

I have Booked a flat @ COSMOS GOLDEN HEIGHT in Feb 2008, and that time i was promised that the possession will be given till Dec 2010. but still I am waiting for possession, when we asked for the penalty that is in contract (5 Rs /SQft) Builder started harrsing by many means. and when we forced him to pay the penalty then rather that paying that money he is saying that you have to pay 1.45 lac for late payment charge that is not true i have made all payments in time.
Now i realized that I have made biggest mistake of my life to Invest With COSMOS INFRA ENGG.

Iam a resident of Cosmos Golden Heights, Ghaziabad. I originally belong to UP and looking to settle down in Delhi. Thanks to my friend who suggested me to book an apartment here and settle down there. I own a 3bhk apartment in this project and happily settled with my family. It is at a distance of 19km from Delhi border and has all the amenities around it. I don’t need out to go out at a far location for our daily necessities.

I have Booked a flat @ COSMOS GOLDEN HEIGHT in oct 2013, and that time i was promised that the possession will be given till Dec 2013. but still I am waiting for possession, when we asked for the penalty that is in agreement with Builder started harrsing by many means. and when we forced him to pay the penalty then rather that paying that money he is saying that you have to pay 6 lac for late payment charge that is not true i have made all payments in time.
Now i realized that I have made biggest mistake of my life to Invest With COSMOS INFRA ENGG.i will go to competition commission of india and PMO AND CBI AND CRIME BARNCH AND ALL THE RELATED AGENCY AND I WILL FILE A CASE AGIANST THEM ALSO.IN THIS COUNTRY THERE IS SOMEONE WHO REALY HELP THE PERSON LIKE ME WHO WERE HELPLESS.(BUILDER FRIGHTENS ME OF DIRE CONSEQUENCES IF I GO TO ANY AGENCY OR CONSUMER COURT).ANY BODY HELP ME IN THIS COUNTRY.
