I have booked 3 BHK in Cosmos Infra Pvt ltd in Bhiwadi in 2012. Builder Buyer agreement was done on 2014 and in that it was mentioned that project will get handed over with in 48 months. I recieved letter from Cosmos infra in Nov2018 to pay last installment and in that letter it was mentioned for doing registry of the Property.
I paid last installment also but till now Property has not been handed voer to me as many things in project...

I had made booking a flat but no work has been started and they have denied to refund.

I have booked 2BHK flat in Ashoka Project Bhiwadi (B Block) in January 2016 under subvention plan and made complete payment in 2019 after offered possession. Till Now I haven't got possession of the flat and moreover huge bank EMI, I have been paying.

They are not responding on my mails either.

I have requested them to compensate on EMI till physical Possession offered, but they denied.

Now I need...

Cosmos Greens, Bhiwadi (RAJ) is run by unprofessional staff the entire complex is in bad-shape Housekeeping, Horticulture, State of Buildings, Lifts, Stare etc and is going from bad to worse.

There is no one to listen/ attend to the complaint from bottom to top, even the owners/ directors you keep writing all goes to deff ears.

Please visit their delivered projects before investing! for assessment of the company...

Pls be informed about this company Cosmos infra engineering india limited, they have a office at Bhikaji Cama place and their project is COSMOS GREENS - BHIWADI

They will not listen to you and will not take your calls, once you have any problem also will not return your money at any cost
I am planning to take a police action against the company and its directors as they have not returned my money...

I gave money to this builder ( Cosmos infra ltd- developing township as Cosmos green at Bhiwadi ) is year 2006 for booking of a 2 bed room low rise flat ( FLAT NO. JASMINE 02 Ist floor ). Till now construction is not started and now i am asking for return of my money alongwith interest. but builder is refusing for paying the interest. It is cheating.
