I purchased a shirt for my father and it turned out to be of the wrong size. When I went back to the store, the sales person being rude wasn't entertaining us very well.
I placed a complain at the cottonking head office giving the above details. They helped me out with the issue giving all the attention.
They also said that I could exchange my cottonking clothes from any Cottonking Store Outlet and not just the one I purchased my clothes from which is a very good service. I had a complain but they solved it very well for me. Was this information helpful? | 
I had used the product for only once, the colour of T-shirt has been vanished almost became very faint and also the colour of my T-shirt got spread on my trouser leading to become dirty.
I want to replace my product with the new one.
