I asked for trial, but the cottonking worker denied to do so

Hi,

My 10th wedding anniversary was yesterday, November 28, and my wife bought a T-shirt and jeans from your brand shop, Cottonking, in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Sector 11, Pin 410210.
Later, I returned to your store to exchange my jeans for a better pair, but because I had already purchased the best pair, we settled down and left the jeans for length adjustment.
The measurement taken was 39 inches from the outer stiches (waist to toe), as noted on the Jean price tag.(Photo attached)

Today, I visited to collect the jeans, but found that alternation had been done with a length of 37.5 inches, which is of no use to me.

I asked the shopkeeper what to do next, which is reciprocated very badly.
1) He insisted take its hardly have 1 inches short and take it and leave.
2) Later, he said that he would check with the tailor and do stitching below and increase the length, which I denied.

I asked him for a replacement, which he rejected and gave me much ill treatment. The shopkeeper's phone number is [protected]/Magesh Chauhan.
Request that you speak with the store manager to arrange for a refund or a replacement.

I have buy T-shirt from.Baramati cotton king showroom. I m leaving in Nashik. I just wear the T-shirt only once and I see in the evening that it got whole without anything done by me. I have spent 450 /- for the same and how can I wear this T-shirt. How can I replace this T shirt with another one with same color and product in Nashik?

I was by a shirt from cottan king shop before 2..3 month ago
But after only one wash his colour is going light on front side and 2..3 another place.

I am from Bangalore. I have purchased a lot of products like Shirts, T Shirts, Pants from your organization.
Purchased the above shirt from Malleswaram showroom. Surprisingly, the problem is after putting buttons one side is short in length by almost an INCH.
I definitely can not wear this Shirt and go to office, hope you will understand.
Of course I brought this sometime back and could not wear it because some deaths in the family, not suppose to wear new cloths.

I purchase one shirt and pant from LAXMI ROAD-PUNE shop on 9th
january2020.After first wash colour of shirt and pant becomes faint.
ie.colour gone, and there is some spots on pant ...so unable to wear a
pant.i am using shirt but no use of pant.
I COMPLAINT AT LAXMI ROAD SHOP. UNHONE 15-20 DIN PANT RAKH
DI AUR COMPANY CHANG KARKE NAHI DETI KAHKAR WAPAS DE DI.
SO I DECIDED NOT TO BUY COTTON KING KAPADE IN FUTURE..

I order a shirt from cotton king online store, payment is done from my side, but not yet any confirmation regarding the order. I ordered shirt 12 hours before, but not received any message or mail regarding my order, i received mail regarding payment confirmation, please provide details of my order, order number as soon as possible. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible....

मी आपल्या सोलापूर शोरूम मधून दोन जोडे सॉक्स घेतले होते परंतु त्या सॉक्स चा दर्जा अतिशय हलका होता, ते सॉक्स दोन तीनदा घातले की त्याचे इलेस्टिक तुटून ते सॉक्स खराब झाले आहेत शोरूम मध्ये कळवले असता त्यांनी जसे कंपनी मधून आले तसेच आम्ही विकतो असे उत्तर दिले, जर सॉक्स चा दर्जा सुधारता येत नसेल तर त्याचे उत्पादन थांबवावे किंवा त्याचा दर्जा चांगला करावा, व त्याबाबत आम्हाला कळवावे.

Hi team,

I am extremely disappointed and shocked at the behaviour of cotton king executives in malleshwaram (Banglore) branch, authorised dealers being skylark enterprises.

I had initially purchased two t-shirts from mumbai (Goregaon west) on friday 23rd november and got it confirmed from them that i could exchange at any cotton king location in india it if there is any issue with the size. On 25th november (Today evening 430pm), i went to the malleshwaram branch of cotton king (Authorised dealers being skylark enterprises) and asked them to exchange it. They were ok to exchange, however the staff was extremely rude and non co-operative and were not willing to even open the t-shirts and told us to select from the shelf without even proper display (Despite senior citizens being customers).

If this is how an existing old customer is being treated, i or any of my family members or friends would not transact with any of the cotton king divisions going forward.

I am fan of mr. Pradip marathe sir and his visionary last six year i am using cotton king all products like t-shirts /trouser/paints/handkerchiefs/socks.

Last time i purchased three shirts and two paints form your bhosari cottonking show room but unfortunately party wear shirt and jeans colour remove.

I visit your bhosari outlet and complaint about quality, but i am upset after his answer about my question. (Un machure person sitting there)

I take my shirt and paint return with strong thought in my mind no next visit in cotton king

I have purchased a shirt on September 3 2018..but the stitching on the collor is getting broken up in ine wash.. Poor quality first time i have bought from that shop im very depressed for this quality of stitching.. Never will buy the shirt from ther for future. If you want i have pics. I can submit that also... Please i advise not to buy...

I purchased one pair trousers and two shirts from Cottonking Vimannagar, Pune, in Feb 18 believing the products would be good enough. Out of these three, except one shirt, other two faded colours on first wash. The trousers faded a little but after second wash the shirt discoloured and the fabrics of shirt seen pulled apart from four places at back .

On 07 Jul 18, I approached the retailer in Vimannagar citing the same and left the shirt with him as he desired to send it to company.

I followed up three times; twice personally visiting the shop and once on mobile.

At last today, (after12 days) he turned up saying, "I talked to company, it (the shirt) cannot be exchanged because the fabric was tested and had no complain, no other customer complained, before making garments we test/check the product...etc..etc"..and finished the stories at once.

It was not understood, how your experts check the fabric and after all the lost response from your people was not at all expected. The shirt may be washed again and colours be seen draining away!!

To remind you, It is not a matter of 700 or 900 rupees I lost, but is a matter of your reputation; It is a matter of customer dissatisfaction that shall showcase your esteem in present market.

In future, neither I nor the people I know will visit your store...

NEVER!!.

Hence I advise you to educate your staff to deal with the products as well as customer wholeheartedly. both seems important to you. Isn't it?

One anti stain trouser purchased on 28th april 2018 (Bill no. Ck[protected]
From ratnaprabha ventures bhopal (Mp). But after first wash patches/stains are appeared in the trouser.
As the product is anti stain there should not any stain.
I have returned the product to m/s ratnaprabha ventures
Please either refund the money or replace the trouser.

I purchased cotton king formal pant on 11/10/2018 from cotton king store in sangli. Then sales executive says that this pant got 1 year warranty. But only in 4 months pant gots 'n' number of holes. Then we gone to store for replacement of that pant there sales executive don't taken my complaint & acts rude. Hence i complainting directly to the cotton king website. Hope i will get positive response.

I purchased a shirt for my father and it turned out to be of the wrong size. When I went back to the store, the sales person being rude wasn't entertaining us very well.
I placed a complain at the cottonking head office giving the above details. They helped me out with the issue giving all the attention.
They also said that I could exchange my cottonking clothes from any Cottonking Store Outlet and not just the one I purchased my clothes from which is a very good service. I had a complain but they solved it very well for me.

With referance to the above am anandkumar have purchased 1 grey trouser at gulbarga outlet in nov 15 2017, when i had a first wash it showed complete shade then i rushed to outlet but soon discovered that your outlet has been shifted to raichur, so i requested your raichur outlet to resolve my issue, its been too long from your end to fix my problem. So let me know still how long you want to reply me. So that i can further proceed my step.

This is regarding partiality between customer's as i have done shopping of rs.2600 from solapur branch and asked for jute bag and the sale's person told we have to bye 5 peices and at the same time one customer done shopping as similar to me and he gave jute bag to that customer coz might be he was his know friend.
So want to just notify pe don't be partial treat equally to all customers... Please...

My wife had purchase one trouser but unable to fit the size it was 40 size and i try to check 42 size correct to me so i ask him to change the size so shop kipper said that the size in unstock he said that, it would be come by 5 days. Again i visit to shop he said no, he said that once size will get in shop they will call me but bad experience from cotton king kamothe shop navi mumbai.

Hi. I'm vaibhav adhav im purchase a brand new white shirt of cotton king from shirur district pune. 3-4 dayz ago for diwali. I used twice only and it became damaged near button side. And i cll to that showroom for complaints but i didn't get any positive rply from there. So please you take my complaint and give positive rply earlier.

I, deepak d. Fron shrirampur. I had purchased thee shirts and 1 t shirts from madgaon goa in the month of aug 2017.

Till today i used so many shirts of cotton king but one of my shirt is of worst quality.
I used it only second times but the condition of that shirt is like it's 2 to 3 years old.

Please investigate properly why it's happend, whether quality is gets compromised and please provide me the complaint number.

I made a small purchase at the outlet on bibwewadi kondhava road some time ago. I do not know how a debit card can get declned if enough balance is available. After trying twice, when i was surprised to get it declined, the reply was "मी तर यांत काही केलेलं नाही? वाटले तर मी पुन्हा ट्राय करतो" it got declined again. Though he was kind enough to try it again, his tone was not appreciated. He could have said it in soft tone and explained it could be a net problem. He was a typical punekar from sadashiv peth!

I had purchased 4 shirts 2 formal pants and 2 jeans out of which i get one regular fit shirt instead of slim fit. Now retailer is denied to to change that shirt. Firstly he commit to alter that shirt by professional tailor which gives slim fit shirt fitting but he is unable to do that because tailor denied to do that as per cotton king specifications stitches.

I am Avinash Arun Lad, i had taken shirt for my Intelligence Bureau interview.After i gave my interview and came at home i notice that it was damaged at bottom.the threads of bottom part were detached.i gave that shirt back to shop at kharghar Navi Mumnai.The shop owner send it back at pune and there was no positive response from company.seeing the reputation of Cotton king it is not expected that the shirt will show damage in just one wearing.So its my humble request to chang that shirt or refund my money. I have given gift to my son who is in SWEDEN. But he opened the t shirt one t shirt 's design is mis matched. TAG of the t shirt is detached. I have made the payment through credit card ICICI. I have not used that t shirt. I am sending that t shirt back to Pune in the month of AUGUST 2014.
T shirt has been purchased from your Show room at KARVE ROAD PUNE NAL STOP PUNE. .
Will you kindly advise show room karve road to replace that t shirt .Definitely I will purchase another t shirt .

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had bought formal shirt from Swapna Udyog - Swargate-Pune outlet on 14-April-2013.

I had gifted that shirt to my father-in-law but meantime he noticed that it was damaged after opening the seal.

The Swpana Udyog outlet had supplied "Damaged Shirt" on dated 14-April-2013, bill num-4c[protected].

When enquired to the manager of 'Cotton King - Swapna Udyog outlet', he straight away said that it was not his fault.He is so much admend.

I could not understand the thing as I am regular buyer/customer of Cotton King Fabric since last 5 to 8 years, never encountered such instance. I know the Quality of Cotton King Fabrics but It can happen in once in the case of 10.

The shirt cost me Rs.795/-, not big amount, however its question of your Outlet Quality & my family emotions as I gifted it.

I want the replacement as soon as possible.

Can you please look into?
