The managing staff including chairman and principal is doing harasment with school teaching staff in the terms of not paying the salary at time, keeping more than 60 students in one section of a class, forcing teachers to join in their spritual bhajan (Here bhajan doesn't include in school prayer). At the time of joining they demand to hand over the original certificates of whoever teacher is joining and on account of those original certificates they (Chairman and principal) harassing the teacher and not paying the salary even after completion of one month of joining.in any tipical situation while applying leave the management staff (Chairman and principal) talks in a very rude manner with teaching staff saying like i will run the school according to my rules and no permission to use any type of phone (Including basic phone without multimedia facilities) during the full school timing. During any difficult situation teachers can't call to their home/caretakers. Many abnormalities in lesson plans and the way they want to teach the students according to icse rules of teaching and behavior grooming. Hence it is a kind request to icse board to please look into this matter and do the needful to teaching staff. All the teaching staff will be highly obliged to you for your kind interception.
