West end high school of jhargram West Bengal not granting me the unique I'd and index no. They asking me to came to the school on Monday and pay RS.8000 as exam centre fee, for the exam which not conducted.I have already paid RS.10000 as CISCE board registration fee. I have clear all the dues before exam but I don't want to give exam centre fee which not conducted. I know the actual centre fee is RS.1000 . How can they charges extra money?
