Council Of Architecture — Refund of money for deduction and showing unsuccessful transction

Dear Sir, I attempted to pay fee for form on 13.06.2015 both attempt were unsuccessful and money was deducted from my account. On inquiring the bank, I was informed that the payment was successful and the money was payed to merchant.
