Country Club — country club cheated me and they are big fraud

I took country club membership 3years back by paying 50, 000. Then on july 2013 i got call saying i won free holiday voucher from country club. When I went to yalahanka office and met manager rajukumar and executive syed. They offered me if I pay INR 75, 000 more then i will get life time holiday package 6d/7n per year with free stay, food, pick up and drop, sight seen etc. After paying the money I can see in the agreement i have to pay 7500 as maintenance charge every year. I asked them it was not mentioned then they told if i go for holiday then only i have to pay according to days of stay and it may be less also. Then they committed me for holidays to Bundipur. After formality done they told dates are not available in bandipur. I keep on following up with them.One manger called Rajkumar in yalahanka he gave wrong mobile number to me and avoided all my mails and calls. After too many follow up i changed my date and went for holiday. There i paid for food, transport and sight seen. We are not happy becoze they told lie at the time to taking membership. When ever i called customer care they do not connect to manager and i didnt find anyone responsble till today. Later i saw my membership was still showing 5 years. I was co coordinating with Rebecca and sent many mails to her but at last she sent me one letter format for upgrading membership card. That took more than 5monts but not upgraded. Then I found manager Jagadish contact details and sent him mail. He hand over custmer care assistance manager Hari Prasad the issue. Late December the membership upgraded for 30years only and one error was refelceting like my membership INR 75, 000 is due. Becouze of that i am unable to book my holidays. Till now that error not yer short it out and i m realy fed up of following up with them. I called Jagadish and hariprasad mobile number its out of service and customer care land phone number who ever receive they do not give me any details. I want to cancel my membership card.
