Country Club — Country Club membership refund requested

The Country club invites people and offers for 5 yr / 10 yr membership but when someone is trying to use their services they are asked to give more money. How can you expect someone to pay for something which they have never used ever. You have already charged a good amount for the membership and we should be allowed to use it. While selling your services you people make so many false promises and even after repeated asks you inform that we will get free stay across all country club resorts. While booking for Kolkata itself at several occasions I was denied the availability. This is ridiculous and disappointing . I would like to get a refund for the membership i have bought.
