I have taken a Country Club Membership for 30 yrs with the promise of good service and reliability.
However, things took a U-turn when i started to have an initial booking at Country Spa Kovalam in Oct 22.
One of the most inconsistent reservation team, i have met in my whole life. The reservation team would not return your calls or would endless make your life miserable. We somehow managed to get a reservation only to realize the resort is ill-maintained and it is leased out to 3rd party who do not have any care for service.
Further, the 2nd pain point was during December when we booked an associate property at Goa for me and my friends. Unfortunately one of our team members had to cancel his plan and we informed well within the prescribed time-lines. A refund of Rs. 9, 000/- is yet to be given and even after 3 months we are still not able to get the refund to my friend.
The final pain point is, whenever we ask for a holiday reservation for a destination we prefer either the booking is not available with them or the property is closed and Similar scam runs with Dial an Exchange, their partner organization who only wants more money and their local properties are not worth even to be visited.
We would like to return the membership with the pro-rata membership fees and AMC adjusted to that effect. Was this information helpful? |
