Country Club India — Air tickets coupon | |||||
As a member, I was provided 4 air tickets coupons. I booked 3 tickets sitting with the customer care executive (Delhi) in their office on 3rd Jan evening; all one after the other, because their website can book only one passenger at one time. Two tickets were Delhi to Goa which were booked successfully. But for the return tickets, out of the two, only one could be booked and while booking the second ticket (just within two minutes practically), it showed that “cashback is not applicable on this fare”. This all happened in-front of the executive. Further I was suggested that I should wait for few hours or may be a day and expect that the cashback may get available on this. Since then, I have tried many times till late night on 3rd Jan and again now on 4th Jan morning; but to no avail. Also that the website and coupon code have a feature to book one month in advance; the other ticket is already booked for 7th Feb, therefore this ticket must be booked by 6th Jan. Plus, the other ticket is non-refundable; so I can't even cancel that and re-plan both tickets together on another flight. The trip ID for the first passenger is [protected], booked on 3rd Jan’17. this whole booking process has literally disturbed me a lot. It is really not acceptable that due to country club's website’s ridiculous feature, we as member passengers travel separately and feel stupid about ourselves. This is like ruining the entire holiday experience and moreover frustration against Country Club, which sold us dreams and emotions. Was this information helpful? | |||||
