I get nearly 5-6 calls daily following up for AMC of Country club. The process is just not streamlined at the company level. Even after i paid the same through web site, i keep getting calls saying my payment is not reflecting in the system.
How can a customer be responsible if country club or its outsourced party has a ridiculous software, site to track payments. It absurd if the company/agent expects me to pay with them online, when they call & keep receipt, mail them back & stuff
Pls add me to the DND list & keep mail transactions on as my AMC is paid already Was this information helpful? |
