Country Club India — Booking Concern - Prepaid Service not delivered | |
Hi, We bought countryclub membership We are family of 2 + 2. My children are now 14 and 19 yrs respectively. You do not allow the stay of 4 members in a room. When I am requesting for booking for 2 room, 3 nights each, I am offered only one room so pity that you sell a family vacations plan but do not provide booking for the family. On top of this you ask for Rs 1500 per night as utility charges because it is a tie up property. On your list I see that most of your properties are tie up only where I was sold that Country club owns more than 70% of the properties. I do not understand the benefit of buying the countryclub membership and then the annual subscription which I have paid for the who term as lumpsum. End of the day you offer me a Room of (which is generally available for public @ Rs 2000 to 3000 per night) and for this you additionally charge 1500 per night from me. On top of this you do not provide two rooms against my holidays balance. I clearly see this as a case of cheating done by Country club.
