Country Club India — cancel membership and refund amount

My registered mobile no is [protected]. Today i tried to book our annual vacation for 3n /4d for shimla and manali. To my surprise i was told the contract has been cancelled with the hotels in both the locations. Actually all the north hotels contract has been cancelled. So they don't have any thing in the north side. I have not utilized their vacation since i have take the membership. The entire family i shocked to hear about this. The reservation dept when called said you can opt for south but i don't want to go to south. The lady i talked to is aarti and the second lady for t customer care i talked to is sarika. We are not happy with your services. This is the worst company i have come across. Please cancel my membership and make full refund of the amount i paid along with all the amc i have paid till 2021.
