Country Club India — cancel my membership because of cheating every time we want to go for holiday

I have paid rs. 65000 package for 5 years in the year 2009. Till now we do not avail a single benefit as these people are not providing holidays by cheated us all the time. Moreover, it is still in activation mode which i really do not want to. I want to cancel my membership and i need refund for not using because of these cheaters.
As they told if i don't use there packages and facilities, i don't need to pay any of amc amount. So, the amc amount also should be waived off.
