I am the member since 16th April 2022, Membership number is CCBGVIP10LB110301 for VIP 10 years package 6N7D Blue U12 and I received the membership physical cards on 26th April 2022. Still now I did not used any resorts/properties. I decided to go for cancelation of the membership and need refund back money. Following are the major factors for cancelation of membership and other reasons I enclosed all the email trails which I sent your customer care.
1) I called multiple times to Holiday booking RMC number [protected] to book holiday, call get the get connected, song will pay for 3 to 4 minutes, and then call get disconnected (Attached call history). No one will respond my calls, very poor customer support and hence I don’t want struggle in the future.
2) I called multiple times to central customer care number [protected] to get some clarification on membership, the call gets connected and then song will be paly for 30 to 40 minutes (Attached call history). No one will respond my calls, very poor customer support and hence I don’t want to continue membership.
3) In country club mobile app, on my home screen there was number [protected] appearing by default, that is Country club sarjapura, Banaglore customer care number. When I called [protected] it will connect some anonymous lady, this lady not all working in Country club sarjapura, Banaglore and mobile number [protected] not at all customer car number of Country club sarjapura, Banaglore. This is fake number.
4) At the time of presentation provided by your representative mentioned that to me, customers needs to only pay only Rs.700+tax (Tax if applicable) for staying on Country club owned and tie up properties for entire stay (Example : If stay is 7 days = 700* 1 members – 700 +tax for entire stay). DAE properties, customer to pay Rs.1200 to 1400 for entire stay. But when I try book the resorts in country club application, Rs.700+ tax per day & per member and for tie up properties Rs.1500 + tax per day & per member. For DAE listed properties starting is 139 US Dollars, INR Rs.15, 000 plus to pay to stay. But your representative explained me all false information and provided fake guarantees. I lost my faith on the country club membership. So, I want cancel membership.
5) In tie up resorts/properties to stay one day, I need pay utility charges of Rs.1500 + plus tax. But in in the market or third-party service providers, such as makemytrip, yatra, Goabibo and etc. the amount they are charging same only (Attached the screenshot of that). I am not understating what is the use of country club membership.
6) Your representative has shared some of booklet/pdf copies at the time of presentation. that Boucher has all country club owned resorts totally 75 plus resorts and DAE properties list, that has 300 plus properties. But when I try to find properties in country club mobile app/we, I can be able to see only 9 of country club own properties and almost 90% of properties are not listed in the app/web. In DAE website also not listed all the properties. For very less properties I don’t want pay AMC and high membership fee. So please cancel the membership.
7) I checked with a few of known persons, who had utilized your facilities had very poor opinion of the infrastructure and facilities. Summing up their experiences, they all repented to have invested in your membership and to have incurred substantial amounts in a substandard product. Also, in social media and google review had very bad opinion about your club membership.
