Country Club India — cancellation of membership and refund the money

We are not satisfied with the country club false commitments and as per their agreement we are applied the cancellation.

we have all the proofs for the application and money transfer.

they are not responding properly and saying not to cancel it.

as per their agreement it can be cancelled within cooling period of 10days and i did the same.

membership started on[protected] and i cancelled it on[protected].

please help us.
