Country Club India — cancellation of membership in country club | |||
My name is shatabdi gorai. I have paid 26000 rs for the membership in country club on 25th august 2017. When i reached the office after getting their call about winning a free holiday trip they forced us to take the membership for different packages. Even they did not give us the time to read the agreement paper. Though i told them about my physical condition, and also clearly said that in this situation i am not be able to take the advantage of the membership because of my physical condition. Bt they forcefully did the agreement. Now my doctor has prescribe me for bed rest.in such condition i am not be able to take the membership. So i want to cancel the agreement and also want my money back as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
