I was a member of country vacations. Last year country club vacations AMC team contacted me to upgrade to VIP membership committing 6N 7D complimentary holidays without any charges for own properties with 10 yrs + 2 yrs of carry over holidays on email. But after I paid for membership they have not updated the same in my membership. And from Mar 24 when am asking them to book the complimentary holidays they are not supporting. When I tried to reach out to all heads etc...none of them are helping resolve the issue. Instead they are saying we can't honour the commitment because the committed employee has resigned. The heads Mr.Sai Baba is very rude and speak to us very harshly. I want this to be raised at highest level in country club.y
