Country Club India — constantly harassing by email to pay amc | |
In 2013, i was brainwashed to purchase a membership worth rs.98000 in just rs. 73000. And was told to pay rs.25000 instantly and rest within few months, which i did. During all these, amc was not in picture. When i received documents, it says amc of 8000/pa. I instantly demanded cancellation and return of my hard earned money. They said not possible. Even when i asked about booking, they said your membership is not confirmed as you have not paid entire amount. Fine, i said keep all of my money and i withdrawn my membership (Which does not exist as i did not pay entire rs.73000). All this happened in 2013 and even in 2019, country club is sending me emails to pay amc for all these years. When there is no membership how is amc applicable? When i called to discuss this recently, rudely i was told to pay amc or membership cancellation charges of rs. 8500. When there is no membership, how is cancellation possible? They keep harassing by sending emails. And when i searched online, i am not alone who is suffering from country club. Kindly someone look into it. My membership mobile number is [protected].
