This is narendra babu from bangalore, i had taken country club membership on
20th march 2017 and paid rs. 30, 000.00 on the same day, due to some financial problem and other personal commitments i am not able to continue the membership.
I had request for cancel my membership and refund my money to country club within 20 days of my membership form signing, but after 8 months they reply to our mail saying we will not refund. What action can we take for the same.
Please help me by suggesting the process how to get my amount back. I am planning to raise a complaint in consumer court will it help me?
