I would like to report an fraud incident wherein a large hotel / holiday company name country club India is cheating innocent people.
My name is Pratibha Gandhi, 55 years old lady. After my Husband's retirement, I had invested our life time savings Rs. 1, 30, 000 to buy holiday package for my family.
At the time of purchasing agreement, company representatives Mr.Fakhre Alam ([protected]) & Mr. Jai Prakash Yadav ([protected]) had given following commitments which were not fulfilled till date.
1) Entitlement of 6 Air Tickets
2) Facility to rent out property for 6N-7D in exchange of Rs.21, 000- Rs.35, 000
3) Life time free membership of Gym
4) Free stay at any property for 6N-7D in India & abroad without levying any charges
Through this post, I am registering my complaint for cheating by giving false commitments at the time of purchasing membership.
Based upon all the above points, I feel very unsatisfied and disturbed. Therefore, I urge you to cancel my membership application and refund the payment in my same bank account immediately.
