I am the member of country vacation since last 7 years.

Now i want to raise request for booking of jaipur for 6 night 7 days (For 2 rooms at hotel lords plaza) on 14-oct-2017 to 20-oct-2017 for 2 adults & 2 kids in each room. I would be ready to pay 500 rs for each night and each room. (Total 6000 inr).

I have already paid annual maintenance charges for 10 years in advance, you can check with mr nagesh (Contact no : +91 [protected]).

My concern is that, i have already booked train tickets for my entire group and my vacation is already planned. I have booked train tickets on 14-jun-2017 because train reservation would be opened before 4 months.

At the time of payment amc, mr nagesh has told me to help in booking of country vacation's holiday in future. So that before booking of train ticket, i have already discussed with mr nagesh for this booking, & he had told me to talk with mr. Syed (Email : [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com, contact no :[protected]) from reservation department for booking and mr syed had given me promise that rooms will be booked in july month, that is why after confirming with him i have booked my train tickets in june 2017.

Then after on 1st july, i talked with mr syed & suddently he had shown me the rules that, we can not book the holidays in tie-up property for 6 night 7 days, then told me that he can not book the holidays. Then again i have talked with mr nagesh & he has told me talk with mr udit (Contact no : [protected]), mr udit had given me the confirmation that they can book holidays for at most 2 rooms in tie-up properties for 6 night & 7 days. As my booking is for 14-oct-2017 to 20-oct-2017 so he can only book after 13-july-2017. So that i had approached him on 13-july-2017 & again suddenly he had shown me the rules and told me that they can only book 1 room and only for 3 night & 4 days, then i request him, then what i can do now, as that was not my requirement & i told that after confirming from their side i had planned my train tickets and holidays, now what should i do?, then after he told me that he will check and try to book holidays as per my requirement and will get back to me by 16-july-2017.

But after that i have tried to reach mr udit on his cell number, then he sends me the message that he was in meeting and then after he has never replied on my messages and phone calls. It looks like they are ignoring call from my cell number and not given me the any updates. I have also tried to reach to mr nagesh, but his cell number is always switched off.

Now my general complain to all of you, specifically mr nagesh, mr udit and mr syed to give me false promises and not answering my call... Now i need to suffer with the cancellation charges of my group's train tickets and my family's entire holiday vacation planning would be spoiled, again i can not plan the holiday to other country vacation's own property on same dates, because i will not get confirm train tickets on today's date for other locations. I have carry forwarded my previous years holidays for this trip, so.. That would be also lapsed on end of this year. I have already approved my leaves for these dates in my current job that i can not transfer to any other dates due to other priorities. This is really peak of disappointment from your side and service. Who is responsible for this? Only you and your team... I have already raised complain for this issue.

I want to ask you that, whichever rules for booking from your side is there, you should publish the same on website and communicate to your customers on time to time, so that customers would not suffer like this & they can make proper planning of vacation.

Now, it is my humble request to customer care & central reservation team, to look in to this matter urgently and give me justice for my complain, at least considering this situation please book my holidays this time and help me and my family to make our holidays memorable.
