This is Suraj Kumar, recently became member of country club. At Kandivali, Mumbai country club branch.
I am writing to make complaints against false advertising and cheating by your employees in sales.
I was offered below mentioned but got none of them.
1. 10 years package while paying. Got 5 years package instead.
2. Life time membership free of cost of sports facilities. AMC was disclosed later.
3. Free passes of all events at country club. Now I am told I will have to buy AMC offer package of new year events passes.
Complaint:
1. This is false advertising. Cheating and fraud. Breach of trust and offer.
2. Undisclosed and hidden charges and payments.
3. Wrong package selling.
Resolution:
1. Immediate action and resale of my membership with full cost refund. INR 40, 000/-.
