[Resolved]  Country Club India — Fraud, Cheated Rs.25000 out of me

This letter, sent to country club, explains everything.
Mr.Subrata Singh is an employee of Country Club.


Dear Mr.Subrata,
In reference to above, I would like to convey you the following points:-
1. We were informed that we won a prize from a lucky draw for which we filled up a form at Diamond City Shopping Mall near Nagerbazaar, Kolkata.
2. Accordingly the time was fixed and myself, my wife and my son visited your site at City Centre.
3. After spending 2 hours with you we were convinced to become a member by paying Rs.90000.
4. One of your employee, M.Rahaman, came with us to our flat for taking the payment.
5. I handed over my SBI ATM-cum-Debit card to him for payment. But immediately after that we realised that it won't be possible for us to take the membership because o[censored]navailability of the fund due to prior commitments for some other purposes. So, I said that no we are not in a position to take membership and told him not to take any money.
6. But meanwhile, Rs.25000 was already debited.
7. Since then, I requested you people several times to refund the money or to adjust the money by providing some holiday package. The same was communicated to the people from whom I got the phone call from time to time.
8. Till date since 31.12.2012, neither I got my money back nor did any other form of compensation from your part.
9. Your company cannot take the money just like that.
Now I think this is high time for me to take legal action instead of keeping mum further.
I shall send the copy of this mail to all possible places through which legal actions can be taken to get back my money.
I expect to get a reply back immediately to stop me from taking any strong legal action. I can go to any extent keeping in mind my social status.
