Country Club India — harass people and fraud you calls them for free gift

Country club marathahalli property has called aggressively in working hours and mentioned that they are calling from a shopping mall and we r selected in lucky draw coupon for free gifts. Never they mentioned that they are calling from country club.
When we went there, they fooled us by compulsory presentation on they holiday package etc, wasting our office time and bound us to pay money for their package.
These sort of fraud should be stoped. I want to file complaint against country club for misguide us and waste our time without giving the said gifts.

Updated by Monali Giri Required response and grievance penalty asap, else I will file Fir against the Marathahalli property for the fraud and cheat. I have sms and continuous calls proof too. In sms it's mentioned that he was calling from Total mall.

Completely fraud
When i am trying to reach them, not picking the call even customer care number and their E mail ID are wrong. Completely useless.

This is regarding the cancellation of Country Club Membership(CVHYD6CLUB 3SB191780) bearing the name of SRINIVASA MURTHY OGIRALA.I have already paid and amount of 80, 000/-. I do not want to continue the onward membership.So do terminate my membership. I should not receive any sort of calls and messages in near future.
