But there was seeing that voucher already used. I have mailed to e-mail i. D. Provided by your representative. There was no response. Please guide me what to do. I have sent reminder mail also on[protected].

They are just a fraud company..I have asked for the refund from the first day as it was sercu really bad service..they are not receiving phone also. They have shutdown the Thane branch without prior notice also the gym is going to close without notice. Just disappointed... please do something we have invested heavy amount..we want our money back.
