I want to complaint regarding your agent Suvarna V. for not being professional and not replying my request and confirming the offer that was promise to me to have food voucher after paying my AMC. Eric Espinueva
PLDX930LKL5752 this is my membership number. Suvarna V. told me before to email him if ever I will book for holiday in 7across and provide my food voucher but until now to feedback. I want to have my holiday on July 2023. If country club will not fulfill their promise better to refund my AMC and my membership payment. I will escalate this to your higher authority for negligence. My AMC was paid until 2028.
