Country Club India — Joining promises nothing delivered

All the promises made and provided in writing are not delivered.

Was offered free vacation and 10 gram gold coin in 15 days.

It's one year and no response

So patiently wrote to customer care, no response

Would receive calls to pay up AMC but cut the call if I start complaining about services

No mechanism of escalation, meeting higher rank managers.

Will provide all details on request
