I took membership last month, and executive took 50k from my debit card stating they will convert it to EMI/ECS and rest amount will come back to me.

Till date nothing has happened and now those people are asking me to bring Credit card to get amount back & EMI starts.

If their was no option from Debit card ECS then why the amount was taken from and promised me that you will get amount back post ECS which was supposed to be of 850 rs Per month.

Now i wanted to cancel membership & get refund as those people have not been able to convert ECS via debit card which amount they taken.

This has never resolved, never closed... im still following you peoples to provide me some solutions. and you make it as closed, , , please explain how did you closed this with whom confirmation ????
