I had raised the escalation to country club yesterday for dis-continuing the membership as per agreement term to Customer care center no one is replying to my mail nor responding to calls.
I sat for discussion on 9/1/2019 and I paid through Credit Card 253800/- and as per their agreement Terms and condition, clause no.34 say's within 10days of Cool off period if customer wants to cancel the membership they can cancel it.
On the same day I sent mail to [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com no one bothered to respond my mail nor answer the call, they are doing the fake business with the customer.
Now the sales Representative is saying I can't do anything can't cancel the membership what is their in the clause they are not acting according it. He is threaten me to buy the membership is the only answer he is giving.
