I visited CountryClub membership promotions session, I was convinced with the offers being made and made the payment of Rs 76000/-. But have noted many discrepancies in the offer and the document
1- I was told in case I do not authorize the invite, which is confirmed over call from Hydrabad within 24hrs, my membership fee will be refunded-
[Over the call from Hydrabad, I clearly mentioned them to cancel membership and refund the money, but now there is no response from countryclub after them, instead my memership is generated and I am send with the documets, which defers to commitments being stated in many aspects
Few Other flaws in the commitments are-
1- I was told I'll be owner of properties and the document says I hold the BLUE membership, were members are given least priority over other 4 membership type.
2- I was told I will be part of Country Club as well, but the document says there is No Club membership.
3- I was told Country Club corporate agents will rent out the holiday's in case I am not able to utilize the same, were as now I am told its is done through website and countryclub does not commit such thing
4- The membership / holiday's can be gifted or transferred, but documents says no such provision
5- I can surrender the membership, which they say there is no such provision.
There are many more commitments being made at the time of offer which are not there in the document .
