Country Club India — membership of country club (fraud)

I am a member of country club since last one year. We got a sms as regards free vacations. We called up and were informed that myself and my family had to come to ansal plaza, south extn, delhi for availing the offer.
There the marketing team headed by mr. Manoj choudhary and assisted by his junior mr. Shoaib gave us all sorts of false promises/assurances/commitments in connection with the best in class facilities (3/4 star) at the various resorts. All fabricated videos were shown so as to lure us to take the membership. We were told that after negotiation the best offer for 30 years membership was rs. 2 lacs and the offer was valid only for today i. E. 25.06.2017 due to the very fact that the company is celebrating its 25 years of existence
We thereafter without knowing the truth of the story took the membership in good faith and paid the entire amount in one shot so as to avail the best discounts.
We were told that the normal room rentals were in the range of 8k to 10k per night.in addition we were also offered free membership of dae. Further we were falsely committed that the annual 6 nights could be utilized in any way we want. We could use 3 rooms for 2 nights at same destination or we could use 1 room for 2 nights at one location and so on at 3 different locations in a year.
Our membership no: is ccdl64v30lb27530. After paying the membership charges within 1 months time we started to receive numerous calls to pay the annual membership fees of rs. 12000/-, this translates into rs. 2000/- per room per night.
Finally we thought of booking holidays, we were informed that without paying amc no bookings would be done and then paid our annual charges of rs. 12, 000/- in october 2017 so that we could book holidays in dec. 2017/jan. 2018. After paying amc, we called for booking resort at cochin, but were informed that only 2 rooms can be booked and the third room can be booked on payment of rs. 3000/- per night. We paid that amount as well and booked 2 rooms for 2 night and the 3rd room for one night by paying rs. 3000/-. All our 6 night were shown as consumed when actually we had consumed only 4 nights.
We then complained at their ho, but were informed that this is the rule of the company and whatever told / committed by sales team cannot be enforced upon and the company cannot be held responsible for what they have communicated.
The marketing team had assured that the company organizes various events on all important festivals (Such as holi/diwali/christmas and new year) and we would be given free passes to attend these cultural events and the passes would be delivered at our residence free of cost. Since last 1 year we haven’t received even a single pass.
However in spite of all these obstacles / hindrances we decided to go on with the holidays and booked country club rock springs, cochin from 01.01.2018 (Checkin) to 03.01.2018 (Checkout). On arrival at the resort all o[censored]s (3 families) were terribly upset to see the pathetic condition of the resort. We reached the resort at around 12 pm and the rooms were all in bad shape and it took them almost 2 hours to clean the rooms and hand it over to us at around 2 pm. Till that time there was no place to sit, except in the open.
The conditions of the rooms would not warrant a rental of even rs. 1500/- per night. The rooms were too small and untidy as well, even the ac has also not functioning up to mark. Further the bathrooms were unhygienic and water was also bad in odor and colour. The premises were not at all maintained, the swimming pool was full of algae and lots of dust in it, it seemed the water wasn’t changed since long back. The rooms were not provided with pantry as we were told by marketing team.
Thereafter we decided to terminate our membership with country club and would lodge our complaints. We had made numerous calls, but the customer care number cannot be called up. Even the email sent by us would bounce back returning undelivered due to full inbox.
We regret the membership taken by us and now would like to terminate it as soon as possible and would like to get back our membership fees
