Country Club India — misguiding when sold membership

Dear sir,

I have some concern which needs to be raised. My name is aman and im a member of country club. When i was sold membership, i was informed that this is life time but the holidays is for 5 yrs. Two years international and 3 years domestic. Now im panning to visit dubai and requested for stay there but to my shock i been informed that i don't have package which i can utilize in abroad.

None of your call center numbers are working and if one or two are working, no one picks up the phone. Im seriously getting irritated and literally cursing myself for paying a huge amount to become a country club member.

The room rate given to me per night is more than the normal rate which is higher than non member rate. This is seriuosly ridiculous.

I need someone to help me in sorting this issue or getting my money back.
