Country Club India — Need refund of the amount paid.

I have paid an amount of 1 lac 35 thousand to Country Club based on the fake promises they provided earlier. After the amount has been paid, they are not providing any of the offers that they promised earlier. They are running a fraudulent business and many complaints against them have been logged earlier. All I want is a refund of the money that I have paid. They are not even replying to any communication of ours. We have been harassed and cheated by this fake club providing all false details. Physical or economic damage in the form of Rs 135000 has been occurred plus the mental trauma that we have to face due to this. I want a complete refund of the amount.
