Country Club India — non refund of membership money after membership cancellation | |||||
I got membership from country club on 13th oct 2017, and i came to know that it is fraud company, so i cancelled the membership on 17th oct 2017. As per the sales agreement of country club, if any one cancel membership within cool period of 10 days the amount will be refund within 120 days by deducting rs. 3800/-as administration charge. But i have not received refund amount even after 140 days. And there is no response from them. I mailed repeatedly n visited branch office at hubli. But they are not responding.
