No coupons, total fraud, humiliating, intimidating, Wastage of Time, Club Country's reputation at stake due to inhuman behaviour of marketing staff at Korum Mall, Thane
My experinace with Country Club, Korum Mall
After getting several calls from country club Korum Mall, Thane Office, I agreed to visit their office with a commitment of free holiday pckage/ dinner & spa voucher in consideration of 45 mins presentation session on Country Club products.
The presentation went for 2 long hours and concluded giving me the worst experience for life time. We reached their at 8:30 PM after a tiring day and after long discussion on product we told them, that we need to research further on the product for us to commit for 30 years. Their treatment was so rude, intimidating and insulting which provoked us. They provoked us to buy us making us feel inferior and tried all shots of fair/unfair marketing technique to convert their deal which went till late 11:30 PM and at the end no coupons where offered. I feel that was their strategy to sell their product.
Would submit my sincere request to the seniors management to review their selling strategy. If you can't make your potential client happy at the first meet, it's really difficult to trust the company for 5/10/30 years. What can we expect after taking membership ??
