Country Club India — refund membership fee

I have taken membership on 7/7/2017 from country club patiala at t & g hotel, where ur sales promotion was going on, my name us arwinder and my mobile no is [protected],
Ur sales team misguided me and making commitments, i am asking them to refund my membership fee, neither they are providing me any docs nor my money, i request you to please refund my money. If i don't get any positive response from your team. I will go via legal proceedings,
