Country Club India — refund not given since 6 months as promised | |||
We have taken the country club membership in mumbai (Kandivali) on 18th jun 2017. The deal given as discussed verbally was for 65000... Where we have to pay one shot full payment of 92000 and inthe cash back scheme we will get 27000 returned by then in 2 instalments in 2 months from the day of mrmbership.. It has been 5 months since, but the sales staff is just making false promises. I have even tried escalating this complaint to their higher authorities but no one is bothered to look into my problem. I have literally requested and begged for the cash back as i have taken it as a loan and have to retuyrn the same. My only mistake was i did not take it in writing from mr deepak soni the sales manager of country club kandivali by keeping good faith in him and his company. But i think they are just here to cheat the members and don't intend to return any money. May i please request someone to look into this matter and help. Was this information helpful? | |||
