Country Club India — Refund of Food Payment awaited and Miscommunication by Staff

I have been a member of country club for the past 3 years and in 2021 I had made a booking for the holiday at Country Club Bandipur. I was asked to make full payment for the holiday along with the food coupon. I had informed him that the food coupon payment will be made at the resort but he had categorically told that they do not accept any payment at the resort and meals need to be purchased at the time of booking itself. Thus I have made a payment of INR 14482 to Country Club. Screenshots for the same attached for reference.
Unfortunately due to the Covid scenario the holidays got cancelled and I had asked for a refund for the payment made. Despite multiple follow-ups with your team, the refund was not processed and I was told that the payment will be adjusted during my next holiday at the same location.
Subsequently in April 2023 we had visited Bandipur and had been following up for payment adjustment for food almost 1 month before the trip. There were multiple phone calls done and e-mail communications sent to all the respective IDs but there was no reply from anyone. At the location, we were not allowed to adjust the food payment and were asked to make extra payment for the same. On speaking with Deepak we were told that he will arrange for the refund and thus we made the food payment at the hotel. However now he has plainly denied the same.
Additionally, Mr. Deepak has been constantly mis-communicating about this refund everytime and has been avoiding calls and emails since we have been following up for it. Multiple attempts to reach your customer care through phones and e-mails have met with zero response. Not only was there a miscommunication about the food coupon, but the lack of response and action taken to issue a refund is unacceptable. I have been inconvenienced by this situation and would appreciate a prompt resolution.Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the food coupon that was charged to me and not used, and for your team to expedite the process of refunding the money for the cancelled holiday.
Request you to kindly look into this matter and process the refund of the payment for the food coupons already paid and not utilised. Please let me know by when can we expect the same.
