Country Club India — refund of my money

Hello,

I had taken a country club membership on 15th September. I loved the offers and facilities being provided by country club, but because of a personal problem I have to cancel my membership. Have paid an initial deposit of 40k, and have asked for the cancellation and refundof my money as I couldt go ahead with the membership, I have been following up with my branch person who was the spoc of contact but have not received any response from them and branch has also been closed .. We are trying all way to get there contact for the refund which is not helping, can u plz help to raise a escalation call on this
