Country Club India — request to initiate refund for the membership taken on country club | |||
I have taken a membership from country club for rs.65000. During membership enrollment, the marketing representative said it was 0% interest even if we pay it via credit card. So somehow we enrolled for the membership. Also, he assured there is no hidden charges. But soon after our membership enrollment, we heard a bad review about the company. So, from whom we took the membership, we requested the same representative to cancel our membership. He said he don't want to take this issue with customer care, he assured us to get this done offline by transferring our membership to someone others. So, we requested him for almost a month. Still now there is no action taken from him.in the meantime i got the agreement for the membership. From the agreement, it is clearly mentioned if we go for cancellation within 10days after our membership enrolment, we would have got our money back. Now there is no possibility to cancel the membership. When i tried to contact the customer care, they attended the call and no one is responding for me and they are talking themselves. Also when i get the credit card statement, i have to pay more than 10, 000 interest for my package. And also from the membership agreement, i have to pay 10, 500 yearly for maintainence. That marketing representative really played a game in our life. We are so helpless. We are really depressed with this country club activities. Please take necessary action to get our money back.
