Country Club India — worst service & cancellation of membership | |||
I have took membership on 11th sep 17. Paid 60k full amount n executive said they will convert it into emi. Same was not done. After that they said you take loan n pay we will pay you the interest. Same was not done again. At the time we took membership sales executive said any time or any point of the moment you can withdraw ur membership but wen we r asking to close the membership no one is responding. Someone is saying being ur documents we will close. Other one is saying after 18 months only we can close the membership. Whom to trust. Want to book a trip. Ccare exe putting call on hold n disconnecting. Such a cheap n worst service from country club. From the day i took membership i have not even used any service. No one is responding my calls. From my location club is 40kms. How can u think every time i will go n take follow ups. I have to go my office also. Hyderabad begumpet country club service is worst service. We member of country club are very upset with the maintenance of the club...the swimming pool water ..they changing room stinks ..the shower room stinks...we r paying highly for the club and the service in returns is pathetic..
