I took the country club membership about 4 years back and paid rs.70, 000/- for ten years membership. I was promised all the clubs/rooms are equivalent of 5 star hotels. On my first visit to club facility of banglore and mysore, i got shock, as these were not equvalent to even 2 start hotel.
Ac was not working in banglore hotel room. Sink was chocked with dirty water.
Food was being served in old dirty melamine plates.
Many people were literally talking bath in swimming pools with full clothes.
I sent them the photos also of dirty bathroom.
I mysore there was no power for 6 hours, generater was not working. Nobody was attending to room service phones. One has ti personnely go to kitchen every time for tea/coffee.
Swimming pool was very dirty. No power and no window in bathroom.
Table in the room was broken.
All these complaints were made immediately on my return.
I requested to cancel my membership, deduct the amount for my usage and refund the balance.
Instead of refunding the balance, every now and then somebody will threaten for not depositing the amc charges.
