Hi,

On 5/10/2019 i have brought member ship from countryard imperial inn and suites. I have purchased this with my credit card. And the amount is rs. 25, 000/-. That time they said that it will be converted to emi. But now after several follow up they are just ignoring me. Still the amount is not converted to emi. I have also told them for refund the money. But they are not going to do that also. It is very much bad situation for me. Please help me.

Updated by Sukanta1989 I have also try to book Movie tickets through their voucher, but they said it is not possible to book on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But on 5th of October 2019 when I have purchased the membership they didn't said about this to me.
When I have send mail to their customer care then I am going to know the actual terms and conditions, but before that when ever I am asked their executive (Rajeev) he didn't said about those rules.
Now I really feel that it is a fraud company, the executives are always lying to customer for sell their membership package.
